youdeliver.org holds one of the blocks on the most famous ad page in internet history. Here it is, still glowing on the grid.

The story
In 2005, a 21-year-old student named Alex Tew sold a million pixels for $1 each, in blocks of 10 × 10, to pay for university. The page sold out within months and became part of internet history. The Million Dollar Homepage is still online.
Someone paid $400 for this block and linked it to youdeliver.org, with this line:
“Your next two clicks could help feed someone”
That site went offline long ago. You can still see youdeliver.org as it was in 2011 on the Wayback Machine.
The pixel has a new keeper
Tunahan Aktay, an indie iOS developer in Istanbul, gave this block a home again. He builds small, polished apps for iPhone.
